VEGETABLE / PALYA – PODI/ POWDER :

Note : Any powder will give good color when each ingredient is roasted separately, in low flame for a long time until nice aroma is got. Then powder them. This can be refrigerated and used as-fresh even for a year

Red chillies – 4 cups
